Terms & conditions
Last updated: 25 August 2026. These terms apply when you hire Brijwasi Digital for a website or related digital work.
Quotes and scope
Prices on this website are starting quotes (including the ₹4,999 simple website). A written or WhatsApp scope defines pages, features and timeline. The exact fee is confirmed on a call before work starts. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. Third-party plugin, theme or API licences are billed as agreed or paid by you directly, unless the quote says they are included.
Domain and hosting
Every website package includes 1 domain registration and 1 year of hosting, set up in your name, unless the quote says otherwise. After the first year you pay the renewal to keep the domain and hosting active. We are not the hosting provider; we are not liable for their downtime. Extra domains, email inboxes, paid SSL upgrades or higher hosting plans are quoted separately.
Content and approvals
You supply logos, photos and text you have the right to use. Delays in feedback extend the timeline. After launch, the site is your responsibility unless a care plan is active.
Payments
Projects typically start after an agreed advance. Remaining fees are due before final handover or as stated in the quote. Unpaid work may be paused. Domain and first-year hosting included in a package are arranged after the project is confirmed and the agreed advance is received.
SEO
We implement technical and on-page SEO where the package includes it. The simple website plan is a presence site, not a full local-SEO build. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or leads, because Google results depend on competition, your reviews, and ongoing content.
Limitation
We are not liable for losses from hosting downtime, third-party APIs, WhatsApp or Google outages, or how you use the delivered site, beyond refunding unperformed prepaid work where required by applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with Mathura, Uttar Pradesh as the place of work.
