What “custom software” means in this studio

Most briefs are not “build Uber”. They are: a stay that double-books, a clinic list that should become slots, a factory SKU file that cannot stay in FINAL3.xlsx, a team that needs in/out tracking on a phone. The studio is in Mathura. Remote is normal: GitHub, staging, IST hours (Mon–Sat 10am–7pm). Delhi and Noida teams who want a contractor on an existing Laravel repo should start at hire a developer — that cluster is freelancer intent, this page is the service offer.

We write PHP and Laravel every week. React, Angular and Node.js are in the same shop when the UI is already a SPA or needs to be. We will not pretend every job starts as a greenfield microservices diagram.

Who it is for

Local: a guest house that needs a calendar, not another Instagram highlight. A coaching desk that wants batches in a database. A trader who needs party + balance without buying a ₹4 lakh ERP demo.

Remote: a founder with a React screen and no API. An agency that needs extra PHP hours with a GST invoice. If the first message is “AI + blockchain + app in 7 days”, we will decline.

Handover is the repo and the keys in your name. We do not keep your admin password as a business model.

What we take over, and what we will not

Takeover: an old PHP folder with no Git, a Laravel 8 app that needs a feature, a React screen with a mock API, a MySQL dump and a voice note. We will estimate after seeing the repo or a screen share — not from a one-line WhatsApp.

We will not quote a “complete hospital ERP” or “full OTA clone” as a first slice. Those jobs fail because the first month never names the first screen. Name one workflow (rooms, SKUs, attendance) and we can price it.

Honest limits

This is not a ten-person body shop. You are hiring a Mathura studio that ships and teaches the same stack. Huge multi-year SAP replacements are not the quote. A bounded module, an API, or a portal you can run next season is.
