What to build first in a Laravel STEM / IoT CMS for Mathura and NCR

STEM brands lose enquiries to Instagram. Here is a sensible Laravel scope for trainings, an enquiry catalogue and city URLs — before anyone sells you an LMS.

Stemverse website — Laravel STEM and IoT CMS for Mathura, Agra and Delhi NCR

Most STEM and IoT brands in Mathura do not need an LMS or a kit store on day one. They need training tracks a parent can read, a factory enquiry that lands in a list, and city pages Google can match when someone types “robotics training Mathura” or “IoT automation Noida”. Laravel is a reasonable way to do that. A fake Coursera clone is not.

This note is for people hiring application work, not a five-page brochure. If you only need “we teach robotics”, a gallery and a Call button, that is a Mathura website — a different quote. If you need rows, a CMS and city URLs, keep reading.

Start with leads, not a cart

A useful first schema is boring: pages (home, about, contact), trainings, IoT services, products as a request catalogue, projects, FAQs, and an enquiry with name, phone, city, source and status (new / contacted / closed). Checkout, kit inventory and student logins come after you have a price and a delivery story you can explain. Razorpay on an empty catalogue is how you spend the next month reversing “I was only asking” orders.

The live site we host — Stemverse — is enquiry-only in this version: no cart, no payments, no LMS. Staff edit copy, catalogue and leads in an admin. That is the honest first slice. We run it at stem.brijwasidigital.com.

City URLs are one page each, not five homepages

Stemverse is based in Mathura and actually serves Agra plus Delhi NCR. The site has city landings for Mathura, Agra, Delhi, Noida and Gurugram — one URL each, not cloned H1s with the city name swapped. Gurgaon spellings can 301 to Gurugram. Do not invent a Sector 62 office in the footer. NCR copy is “who visits / who we serve”, not a fake second pin.

Schema can list those cities as area served. The H1 on the Mathura page still says Mathura. That is how “STEM training in Noida” gets a page instead of a ?city= filter Google will not keep.

WhatsApp is a feature, not a failure

Parents and factory managers will still message. The app should make that easier: a deep link with the training or product slug, or the same brief the form stored. Replacing WhatsApp in this belt in year one is a fantasy. Logging the lead next to the page is not.

Tailwind and Alpine can load from a CDN. You do not need a Node build for a public brochure-plus-CMS if Blade is enough. Auth: one admin role is plenty until you have a second staffer who must not delete trainings.

What to refuse in the first contract

Live classes, student apps, kit checkout, “AI that writes the Arduino sketch”, and a dealer portal for five states. Those are how a four-week job becomes a year. Photos of kits and classrooms will be heavy. Build the admin to work on a phone. Put the heavy gallery on the public pages, not in a Livewire table.

Do not print staff passwords on the public site. Stemverse’s public phone and email sit on their URL; quotes for a similar CMS go to this studio.

How I would staff it

If you are in Mathura and you want this built, start at hire a developer in Mathura. If the buyer is an NCR product team that needs extra Laravel hands on an existing repo, that is hire in Noida or Delhi — different intent, no website-package pitch. Same class of work as the institute admin note and the property catalogue note.

Send a quote on WhatsApp if the brief is already in your head: +91 88648 43822. Tell us which cities you actually serve, whether the catalogue is enquiry-only, and whether anyone besides you will log in to edit copy.

Questions

Can I buy kits on the Stemverse website?

Not in this version. The catalogue is request / WhatsApp only — no cart and no payments. Similar briefs stay enquiry-first until checkout is scoped.

Is Stemverse a Noida or Gurugram company?

No. The brand is based in Mathura. City pages for Delhi, Noida and Gurugram are who they serve, not a fake Sector office. We will not list a coworking as HQ.

Is Stemverse the same company as Brijwasi Digital?

No. Stemverse is the client brand. Brijwasi Digital built and hosts the site. Quotes for a similar CMS go to this studio: +91 88648 43822.

Do I need an LMS for STEM training?

Not first. Public training tracks, an enquiry, and city URLs are enough to start. Student logins are a later quote.

Need this built, not just read?
